We are looking for a new Senior Sales Specialist for our great Japan team. 

What you do

Deal Desk

  • Contributes to acquisition process and coordination in collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Ensures accuracy and consistency between quotes, contracts, and operational execution (e.g. pricing, scope, billing conditions)
  • Reviews commercial and contractual terms, identifying potential risks and escalating where appropriate
  • Coordinates internal approval processes and ensure timely deal progression
  • Acts as a key contact point and facilitates alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Contributes to process improvements and best practices in deal execution
  • Maintains visibility of key deal information and support data accuracy across systems (Salesforce and related tools)

 

Operations 

  • Handles quote preparation, order processing, and data entry in relevant systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Takes care of delivery coordination and invoice triggering activities
  • Updates and maintain accurate sales and operational data for reporting and tracking purposes. 

What you bring

Required Skills & Experience:

  • You have university degree.
  • + 5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Inside Sales, or similar roles
  • Good understanding of commercial processes and basic contract structures
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Business level Japanese and English

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in software, automotive, or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
