PlaxidityX is at the forefront of safeguarding the future of connected cars, delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions to the automotive industry. With 80 registered patents and a team of global experts, we partner with leading OEMs and automotive players to ensure the security and resilience of next-generation Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs). Job Overview: The Regional Marketing Manager - North America will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives in NA to support PlaxidityX’s business goals. This role requires a results-driven, collaborative marketer who can align regional marketing efforts with global strategies, generate leads, and strengthen our brand presence in a competitive and rapidly evolving industry. This role is an extension of the global marketing team.

What you do

  • Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive US marketing strategy aligned with global goals and tailored to the regional market. Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure alignment on priorities and messaging.
  • Demand Generation: Design and execute targeted and measurable campaigns in alignment with the global digital team to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue in the US market.
  • Brand Awareness: Strengthen PlaxidityX’s brand presence in the US market through targeted campaigns, PR initiatives, thought leadership activities, and by collaborating with media outlets and industry forums.
  • Event Management: Plan and manage regional events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and roadshows.
  • Content and Collateral: Localize global marketing assets for the US market and create region-specific materials where necessary.
  • Partnerships Marketing: Develop co-marketing initiatives with regional OEMs, suppliers, and technology partners to expand reach and engagement.

What you bring

Experience: 
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in the automotive industries.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
Skills:
  • Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience in PR/media relations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Industry Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, software-defined vehicles is highly advantageous.
