  • Track progress and report to the CEO or relevant leadership teams.

Meeting Management & Decision Enablement:

  • Design and manage the cadence of leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic review sessions.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups to ensure decisions are implemented.

Information & Communication Management:

  • Collect, summarize, and distribute key information to stakeholders.
  • Support internal communication related to executive initiatives.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in PMO, Corporate Strategy, Chief of Staff, Management Consulting or senior Executive Assistant roles supporting C-level leadership.
  • You bring an educational background (Master's degree) in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to structure ambiguity into actionable plans and to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills – comfortable operating at board level.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; proactive and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Resilient, hands-on, solution-oriented, and highly reliable.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools.

Look forward to

  • Working on exciting and future-oriented projects, together with best-in-class colleagues.
  • Benefiting from our international collaborations and our multicultural and diverse #teamElektrobit, there’s so much we learn from each other.

  • Enjoying an informal working environment throughout the company with no dress code.
  • Being part of a team where we believe in each other, care for each other, and can rely on each other. Regular team and sport events strengthen our team spirit even further.
  • Continuously learning and building your skill set with first-class development opportunities, e.g. through unlimited access to the e-learning platform Udemy and our extensive know-how.
