The Marketing Manager (m/f/d) EMEA is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role will adapt global marketing initiatives for local markets, lead regional campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and collaborate closely with Sales, Products & Strategy, and partner / biz development professionals to achieve growth targets for the company’s software solutions. Ensure campaigns resonate with regional audiences and high-value target accounts.

What you do

  • You define and implement the EMEA marketing plan aligned with global goals.
  • You analyze market trends and competitive landscape for positioning.
  • You set KPIs and OKRs for pipeline and brand visibility.
  • You lead ABM programs for strategic accounts.
  • You design personalized campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • You prioritize according to EMEA account plans and regional pipeline targets.
  • You operationalize signal-led outreach using intent data and account intelligence.
  • You orchestrate  multi channel programs mapped to accounts, stage and specific issues.
  • You maintain a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, including competitor product positioning, messaging differences, go-to-market motions and key strengths/weaknesses in our target accounts.
  • You demonstrate contribution to pipeline and revenue, track Return on Investment (ROI) and report leadership.

What you bring

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field,  an MBA is a strong asset.
  • You bring several years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the software/SaaS sector.
  • You have proven track record of executing multi-country marketing strategies across a region. European experience is a plus.
  • You bring strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • You have excellent communication and project management skills.
  • You are fluent in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (20–30%).
