Then we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a new Marketing Manager.
As Field Marketing Manager for the Americas region (primary focus US), you will oversee, manage, and execute all marketing activities for the Americas region and engage with customers across several touchpoints to drive our business. This will include developing a regional activation plan, based off the global strategy, managing digital campaigns, public events and conferences, customer tech days and in-person meetings. 
 
You will coordinate all planning and execution of local marketing programs to increase brand awareness, deepen our existing customer relationships, drive customer engagement, and generate leads to create new sales opportunities and accelerate existing ones. You ensure a consistent customer experience of Elektrobit wherever and whenever our customers engage with our Brand in the region, and maintains strong relationships with local partners, journalists, and other influencers.

What you do

  • Develop and own cross-functional field marketing programs that complement the broader global marketing strategy to increase awareness of Elektrobit’s products and services and contribute to the business goals in your region. 
  • Collaborate with regional sales team to define and execute account-based marketing activities that establish and strengthen our customer relationship. 
  • Ensure adherence to established lead management processes in digital sales back office. 
  • Identify and execute public and own events, establish, and maintain relationships with local journalists, analysts, and other influencers, localize existing materials and develop additional collaterals where needed. 
  • Develop and execute partner marketing activities in close collaboration with the regional partner management team.  
  • Analyze the market competitive landscape and report into the marketing organization, sales organization, and other internal functions like product management. 
  • Manage a local Marketing budget and review and analyze the success of your marketing activities set in place for your area, track results of all campaign activity and recommend future improvements (KPI’s, budgets/financial returns, ROI). 
  • Actively collaborate and share best practices, lessons learned and post-campaign recaps with global Marketing team regularly. 

What you bring

  •  You are a strategic marketing professional with proven project management skills and 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally as field marketing or local market marketing manager. 
  • You are proactive, love to collaborate and find innovative solutions to marketing challenges. 
  • You have solid experience of paid and earned media activation and demand generation and lead management tools. 
  • You are an outstanding communicator, both in person and in a digital setting, with a strong grasp of Microsoft’s suite of presentation and collaboration tools.  
  • You have a degree in marketing, communications or similar or comparative relevant education or training.  
  • You have a passion for the future of mobility and the potential software has to solve some of the major challenges the automotive industry faces in its current phase of transformation.   
  • You get the strategic big picture, and are able to translate that into effective, measurable digital and physical marketing activities. 
  • You are able to travel within North America three to four times per year.
