Then we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a new HPC Sr. Product Manager.

Experience - 14+ years

Your Responsibilities

  • You understand customer use cases and performance needs related to High Performance Computing (HPC) platforms and can translate them into clear requirements for the product development team.
  • You define new HPC platform features and guide their end-to-end implementation.
  • You manage and prioritize the product backlog for the HPC product line, ensuring timely delivery aligned with strategic goals.
  • You are the budget owner for all HPC development initiatives and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • You directly engage with lead customers to gather feedback, validate roadmaps, and ensure alignment.
  • You align customer requirements and compute infrastructure milestones with the internal HPC product development teams.
  • You create and maintain all related sales and technical collateral for HPC products.
  • You train Sales and the Product Expert Group on how to position, present, and sell the HPC platform effectively.
  • You support Product Marketing in launching, promoting, and advertising the HPC offerings.
  • Monitor technology trends and understand the possible impact on the market, product and business case.
  • Maintain a target customer list, and communicate to sales. Understand the cost run rate on a rolling 12 months basis. 
  • Empower PO and RTE to run the development. Review their metrics, manage by KPIs.

Your Profile

  • You have a university degree in computer science, electronics, high-performance computing, or a related field.
  • You have experience in the automotive, aerospace, defense, or cloud computing industries, especially in the context of compute-intensive applications.
  • You have deep technical know-how in areas such as HPC architectures, parallel processing, or distributed computing.
  • You have prior experience as a product manager, project manager, or technical expert in complex software or hardware domains.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are able to translate high-level business needs into concrete technical requirements.
  • You have both strategic thinking and operational execution capabilities.
  • You are a quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about applying new technologies to solve performance-intensive challenges.
  • You have excellent intercultural and communication skills for effective collaboration with global customers and teams.
  • You are fluent in English; German skills are an added advantage.
