In this position you will be responsible for the success of our global sales team which is distributed across 8 countries and includes Key Account Management, Product Sales as well as Sales Operations. You will report directly to the President of EB.

Your responsibilities

  • Sales responsibility for all sales regions for EB (Germany, US, France, China, Japan, Korea, and India)
  • Close interaction and coaching of Managing Directors of all sales regions to ensure growth of EB on balanced global basis
  • Supporting our global product and project business with related Tech Centers and project organizations
  • Planning annual global budgets and ensure that the company, regional, and domain targets are maintained
  • Organization and management of administrative tasks (sales reporting, project reporting, sales strategy)
  • Defining sales targets and implementing relevant measures for a strategic development of EB’s sales organization
  • Identifying business opportunities and creating market access strategies for the international target market and target customers
  • Developing and realizing sales/business plans to fulfill defined revenue-, sales-, and profit targets (profitable growth) in the regions
  • Improving and expanding customer relationships (networking) as well as observing customer needs
  • Making decisions regarding to recruiting, staffing and transfer of sales employees while considering the economic situation of the group

Your profile

  • Several years of relevant experience as sales executive or sales and marketing director (ideally in the automotive industry)
  • Several years of experience in software business
  • Strong leadership and communication skills as well as the capability to influence all levels of the organization
  • Pronounced customer and market orientation
  • Strong strategic and conceptual competences
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services as well as the ability to successfully position products against competitors
  • Strong international and intercultural competences
  • First-rate verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Passion for working in a dynamic and multicultural environment with an agile culture and the willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
