Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for project management for software development for Human Machine Interface (HMI) usinig EB's graphical modeling tool EB GUIDE.
  • You will communicate to customers and suppliers about the project planning, updating status, solving issues as a project manager.
  • You will support to create our proposals and quotations.
  • You will do requirements analysis and change request management together with customers based on your high level of experience.
  • You will be the first level of support for EB's customers in Japan.
  • You will explore the Japanese market to get to know the latest HMI requirements and implement them.
  • You will help to grow HMI software development know-how in the organization.

Your profile

  • You hold a MSc or BSc degree in computer science, electronics or similar
  • You have a technical background and several years of working experience in embedded software development in automotive market
  • You have excellent project management skills and experience more than three years (ISO9001, CMMI, AutomotiveSPICE, PMP, etc.)
  • You have excellent communication and language skills in English and Japanese
  • You have very good C / C + + or Java programming language knowledge
  • You have a knowledge and experience on real time OS and other embeeded OS (QNX, Linux, Android, etc)
  • You work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility as you lead  our international team members
  • You have excellent problem solving skills and the willingness to use them when facing challenges
