We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Customer Center Team. The Customer Centers are responsible for the execution of all projects for a defined group of customers.  Their primary focus is to ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, with high quality and high customer satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager will work as part of a global team to manage and lead software projects primarily in the areas of vehicle EE/SW architecture and systems.

Your responsibilities

  • Win and successfully execute software projects in the area of vehicle EE/SW architecture and POSIX OS
  • Manage software projects and teams distributed across different time zones
  • Regularly monitor and report on project status to the management team
  • Understand EB’s portfolio and drive solutions as an advocate for your customers according to their needs
  • Ensure best practices and execution excellence in our projects
  • Lead monthly book closing activities related to your projects
  • Occasionally perform software engineering development tasks
  • Be technically knowledgeable about project details and engineering completeness

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer sciences, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or similar. Master's degree is a plus
  • Several years of experience and a track record in leading complex/distributed automotive software projects involving several locations
  • Ability to understand software requirements and software architectures
  • Understanding of business administration and financial tracking
  • Exposure to Linux; Yocto experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge in C++ for development of real-time or embedded applications
  • Exposure to AUTOSAR and ISO 26262 ASIL preferred
  • Experience with Agile and Kanban development methodologies
  • Excellent customer interface and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality and team player capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment
