(Senior) Specialist (m/f/d)
IT Service Desk
- You will be part of the IT service team that ensures an international high quality Service Desk.
- You will be first contact for our 1st level IT support for incidents and service request.
- You will work on customer requirements via tickets, phone and face2face including prioritization and classification.
- You will create and maintain knowledge entries in our IT knowledge database.
- You will setup and support the user’s workplace environment.
- You will take over dedicated 2nd Level tasks.
- You are an qualified IT specialist (Fachinformatiker (m/f/d)) in system integration or application development.
- You have good knowledge in standard Microsoft applications (MS-Office, Outlook).
- You have knowledge and support skills at Windows environment.
- You enjoy having direct contact with our employees.
- You have a friendly appearance in customer service.
- You work process oriented.
- You have troubleshooting skills to search for workarounds.
- You are willing for continuous skills training.
- You have good German and English skills.
- Experience in end-user support and ITIL is a plus.
