Your responsibilities

  • You support in all scrum-related activities for teams.
  • You participate and learn from meetings, which include verbal and email communications to collect and consolidate team updates.
  • You are willing to foster a continuous learning environment that helps teams inspect and adapt.

Your profile

  • You bring curiosity and a willingness to learn with you.
  • You have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and you are self motivated.
  • You speak English and ideally German very well.
  • You have the ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within the team.
  • You have excellent time management, attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills and have the ability to balance multiple tasks.
