Thesis introduction:

One of the main aspects in every company besides the increasing customer support is to keep and provide knowledge in an easy a convenient way within the company or within a project. AI chatbots offer you a way to build engaging and personalized experience services to an ever-growing user base within and outside the company. They can be used to gather customer information, understand your target audience, and grow/improve your business/tools. There are many reasons why an AI chatbot is beneficial for a company e.g.:

Your responsibilities

  • Analysis of artificial intelligence in connection with chatbots.
  • Understanding and preparation of the recorded data for natural language processing (NLP).
  • Evaluation of a suitable state of the art deep learning technologies and approaches.
  • Conception of an internal/external usage of the AI chatbot.
  • Development of a chatbot for the given use case in Python with deep learning technologies.
  • Test, evaluation and presentation of your work.

Your profile

  • You are a student of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • You have experience in programming, machine learning, data analysis, natural language processing.
  • You have good to very good programming skills in Python and Tensorflow.
  • You have ability of analytical thinking, structured work, independent way of working, communication and teamwork skills.
  • You have basic experience in Internet- and/or Intranet structures.
  • You can communicate well in German and/or English.
