Automotive Security is critical to the mobility of tomorrow. Our security technology stack is responsible to provide the needed security features in our software products that will secure future mobility. To support this, our hardware security module (HSM) development team is looking for a Test Manager (m/f/d) to help validate these security solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • As a Test Manager (m/f/d) you lead a small team to test engineers to update and maintain our automated testing environment.
  • You plan and coordinate the daily tasks and activities of the test team.
  • You define the software and master test plans for our Hardware Security Module (HSM) product.
  • You review the work results produced by the test team.
  • You identify and implement improvements in our test automation environment.
  • You ensure that automated test cases are designed according to design documents and specifications.
  • You support product teams in release testing and analyzing test results.
  • You align your team’s tasks and activities with the development team, product management, and the release train test team.

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in computer science, electronics or similar.
  • You have many years of experience working in the role of a test engineer (m/f/d), ideally in the automotive domain.
  • You have worked with test frameworks, especially python test frameworks like the Robot Framework or pytest.
  • You have a very good understanding of embedded systems and testing methods for embedded systems. Knowledge in security testing is highly desired.
  • You have good knowledge of ISTQB test standards.
  • You have the initial experience of leading a small team.
  • You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
