Your responsibilities

  • You are part of global team providing solutions and helping SW teams to increase quality and improve delivery performance in the continuous integration, delivery and deployment context.
  • You work in co-operation with SW teams to improve capabilities to verify software automatically on a “ready to be released”-level.
  • You define and implement test (automation) strategy by analyzing the current state including tools, frameworks, processes and approaches to be used across SW teams.
  • You evaluate and select best usage of test automation tools, frameworks for different purposes.
  • You define and improve related processes and working practices on organization and team level.
  • You define and improve KPIs to be used to monitor the progress.
  • You provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to improve test automation capabilities across programming teams.

Your profile

  • You have proven experience of utilizing test automation to support agile SW teams.
  • You are experienced with test automation tools, frameworks for different testing levels e.g. from unit testing to system testing on target HW, in the embedded SW domain.
  • You understand the benefits of test automation, know where and how it should be used and want to coach your colleagues to learn the same.
  • You are experienced with test automation processes and approaches in continuous integration, delivery and deployment context.
  • You create your own ideas and proposals and improve those together with your colleagues and stakeholders to create world class solutions.
  • You have programming and scripting skills to initiate or support with solution implementations.
  • You can utilize your existing skills and learnings in new environments and create concepts, proposals and design solutions based on the needs.
  • You have excellent co-operation and communication skills and good written and spoken English.
