Your responsibilities

  • You implement 3D user interfaces based on customer requirements in Android.
  • Together with designers and developers, you create 3D art and bring it into the Android HMI.
  • You support designers and developers in the use of the 3D art pipeline and user-facing engine tools.
  • You provide hands-on support to designers and engineers in regard to asset performance and validation.
  • You review creative process and identify opportunities for tool improvements.
  • You develop 3D art pipeline tools and extensions with an eye towards usability and efficiency.
  • You collaborate within multi-disciplinary international teams in an agile environment.
  • You focus on the wishes of our customers, leading automotive manufacturers from all over the world.

Your profile

  • You hold an university degree in Computer Sciences or similar or you have comparable experience in Android Game Development.  
  • You are willing to communicate with designers and developers to find creative solutions for complex 2D and 3D scenarios.
  • You are able to work within system restrictions and optimize existing frameworks for performance while staying within the bounds of customer requirements.
  • You have a profound background in design and development in different programming languages (e.g. Kotlin, Java) including requirements analysis, estimation and implementation.
  • You have a proper knowledge of working with a 3D authoring tool like Maya or Blender and in writing custom shaders.
  • Ideally you have experience in creating Android Games or 3D applications for an Android HMI.
  • You are able to operate independently and handle work packages across Android 3D development.
  • Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in English and German, written and verbally.
