Your responsibilities

  • Strategic development - You analyze target group-specific needs and help to conceptually shape the strategic talent management roadmap. You support defining and implementing a state-of-the-art Talent Management portfolio.
  • Developing key talents - You design and organize innovative career and trainee programs as well as succession management and successfully implement them (online and face-to-face formats). You create appraisal and review processes.
  • Talent framework - You revise and maintain our talent framework and talent pools, identify and drive talent KPI’s, competency modeling, succession planning actions, and other relevant talent initiatives.
  • Global Onboarding - You define a global onboarding process and give guidance to countries.
  • Digitalization - You continuously analyze optimization and digitalization potentials of our processes.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics, HR, or social sciences.
  • You have several years of experience in the areas of personnel development and talent management in a consulting firm or an innovative large company.
  • You are attracted by the holistic approach of conceptual design and operational/administrative implementation.
  • You are an organizational talent and, in addition to project management skills, have an independent and structured way of working.
  • You enjoy working in a globally distributed team and are characterized by a high level of service orientation.
  • You have excellent communication skills, customer orientation and a winning manner.
  • You bring a digital/IT affinity (PowerPoint, Excel, HR systems, digital tools) as well as practical experience with digital formats.
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written) as well as analytical thinking.
