Your responsibilities
- Analyze and understand the customer/Tier 1 system architecture
- Understand the EB architecture and investigate potential incompatibilities
- Be closely aligned with the relevant customer/internal stakeholders and architects to solve mismatches in the software architecture and create documentation/specification
- Support defining software components, relations between them, external interfaces, and dynamic behavior
- Support the project team regarding efficiency, quality, and maintainability of the software
- Activities include performance tuning and ensuring system stability
Your profile
- University degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in Software development, including writing codes
- Experience in embedded systems architecture
- Knowledge of the Android platform as well as Android framework and Linux kernel development experience, from concept phase up to maintenance
- Familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Understand the impact of design decisions on quality, reliability, and performance
- Very good communication skills in Japanese and English
