In the role of Solution Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for making our offering “fly off the shelves”. This role is the glue that binds our strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in Sales and Marketing.
It’s a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in. An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our value proposition.

Your responsibilities

  • As a Solution Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for HPC you have functional responsibility for 3-4 Product Marketing Managers and report to the Head of Product Marketing.
  • You coach and mentor your team to ensure the required qualification.
  • You and your team corporate with other product and project teams globally and work in strong collaboration with the relevant stakeholders to assure max. synergies.
  • You monitor market developments to understand our target customers and their needs and pain points within this area.
  • You understand the competition and how to overcome them in close co-operation with Product Management and Sales.
  • You develop meaningful sales content to enable our revenue team to target the right customer with the right set of information and materials for the specific stage of the buying journey like sales decks, battle cards, eLearning courses etc.
  • You closely cooperate with the sales community to consistently improve the quality of our content.
  • You develop go-to-market strategies and marketing plans constantly review and analyze the success their success, as well as make necessary changes and manage release updates internally with our sales community and also externally.

Your profile

  • You have several years of experience in leadership and a passion for coordinating and prioritizing different tasks and taking ownership.
  • You also have several years of marketing experience and ideally a multidisciplinary background, preferably with experience in a dynamic B2B role in automotive software.
  • You are a tech-savvy talent and creative mind with an interest in human machine interface and automotive user experience, so that finding the right words to translate complex tech content into effective customer-centric marketing assets comes easily to you.
  • You have a passion for marketing planning and execution and understand the marketing funnel, as well as knowledge of how to optimize it at each stage.
  • You are a strong strategic thinker but equally operationally skilled - diligent, structured and organized to be able to work and communicate across different functions and multiple layers of organizations.
  • You have an agile mindset, a hands-on mentality, and strong customer focus, as well as ROI-tracking skills and analytical capabilities to prove what is or isn’t working.
  • You work effectively and proactively with minimal direction and balance multiple demands simultaneously with a focus on outcomes over tasks.
  • You have excellent communication skills, which includes being a strong public speaker, therefore an excellent command of the English language is required, German is a plus, but not a must.
