Your responsibilities

  • As a Software Test Manager (m/f/d) for AUTOSAR projects you handle estimations, planning and monitoring.
  • You define and maintain a backlog for the test automation tasks of your team.
  • You support in defining test concepts and plans according to customer and quality goals.
  • You drive the implementation and optimization of tool-chains and test environment.
  • Regularly and proactively you align with other related teams as well as with the release and solution train teams.
  • You monitor the project progress and manage risk and deviations.
  • Additionally, you actively seek for synergies and drive efficient cooperation in a distributed and international setup.

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in computer sciences electronics or similar and have several years of experience as a Project Manager (m/f/d), Test Manager (m/f/d) and/or Product Owner (m/f/d), ideally in automotive software projects.
  • You have deep knowledge of development methodologies (ASPICE, agile development - ideally in SAFe setup, V-model).
  • You have profound knowledge in OOP in Python.
  • You have experience in test automation development, software architecture and engineering for automotive software systems or embedded systems (incl. managing of test hardware setups).
  • You have wide knowledge in the domain of (vehicle) bus communication like CAN, LIN and Ethernet.
  • Ideally you have validation experience of AUTOSAR software projects.
  • Being ISTQB certified, is also a plus.
  • You are proactive, team-oriented and self-dependent combined with a structured and precise working style.
  • You have a confident and solution-oriented appearance towards customers.
  • You communicate successfully in English.
