Elektrobit has a wide product portfolio for automotive software solutions including our EB tresos product line based on the Standard AUTOSAR Classic Platform targeting real-time electronic control unites (ECU). With EB Tresos we’re combining all of our knowledge into one single product. We are looking for an expert developer, who analyses given requirements and develops features and modules for the diagnostic part of this product in an agile (SAFe) environment.

Your responsibilities

  • You support the estimation process for new features or changes.
  • You assume the technical responsibility for the software implementation, integration and evaluation concept.
  • You support the development of features/changes.
  • You develop diagnostic software modules based on Classic AUTOSAR.
  • You are responsible for developing test specifications and for implementing them.
  • You collaborate with team members to solve issues.
  • You will estimate the assigned work packages.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or in similar fields.
  • You have very good (Embedded) C experience and already worked as a developer using this language.
  • You have profound knowledge in automotive development processes, ideally in Classic Autosar environment.
  • You have a deep understanding of the automotive on-board diagnostic system.
  • You have very good English skills and interpersonal skills to work in a distributed & multi-cultural team.
Ideally:
  • You already had experience in working with UML/Enterprise Architect.
  • You have knowledge of OBD regulations, UDS (ISO 14229-1), OBD (SAE J1979) and SAE J1939-73 standards.
  • You have experience in working with integration of basic software modules in ECU projects.
  • You have experience with agile development processes.
