Your responsibilities

  • In your role as a Software Architect (m/f/d) Cloud & V2X, you set up and maintain the architecture for several international automotive cloud projects. The architecture concepts need to leverage public cloud offerings from Amazon Web Services or similar.
  • You work in a project for a cloud-based diagnosis system.
  • You discuss and challenge requirements and system architecture proposals with the customer.
  • In addition, you motivate the development team to broaden their view onto the complete system.
  • You are the trusted technical advisor for all things regarding cloud topics to the development team and our customers.

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in computer science, information technology, electrical engineering or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in design & implementation of distributed applications and in network, infrastructure or database architectures.
  • You are experienced with agile development (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), software development processes and system architecture models.
  • Tools for automated software builds and continuous integration (i.e. Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, Packer) are well known to you.
  • Experience in JEE, JavaScript development as well as development and deployment of microservices in cloud environments is also desired.
  • You enjoy working in teams (as a technical leader) and have good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • You have very good conceptual and analytical skills and are able to present complex matters easily understandable.
  • Your written and verbal communication skills in English and German language are very good.
