Your responsibilities

  • As a Senior Test Manager (m/f/d) you manage a team of test engineers on project level.
  • You define test concepts and plans according to customer and quality goals.
  • You define and maintain the strategy and tasks for test automation.
  • You handle estimations, planning and monitoring.
  • It is part of your responsibilities to drive the implementation and optimization of tool-chains and test environment.
  • You align regularly and proactively with other teams (e.g. other agile teams, development, architecture, integration or requirement teams).
  • Your tasks include monitoring the project progress and managing risk and deviations.
  • You actively seek for synergies and drive efficient cooperation in a distributed and international setup.

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in computer sciences electronics or similar.
  • You have several years of experiences as Project, Test Manager (m/f/d) and/or Product Owner (m/f/d). 
  • You have experience in agile software development; ideally in classic as well as as agile (e.g. SAFe) environments.
  • You have an excellent understanding of embedded systems and software architecture.
  • You have deep knowledge about development methodologies (SPICE, V-model, agile development).
  • You have experiences in test automation development for automotive software systems and software engineering for automotive ECUs or embedded systems.
  • You have experience in requirements engineering, test process, test automation and test design in automotive software projects.
  • You have experience with integration and verification on different levels, ideally ISTQB certified.
  • You have a wide knowledge in the domain of (vehicle) bus communication like CAN, Lin, Fr and Ethernet.
  • You have validation experience of AUTOSAR-Projects.
  • Ideally you have knowledge about object-oriented programming (e.g. Python, C++, Java)
  • You are proactive, team-oriented and self-dependent combined with a structured and precise working style.
  • You have a confident and solution-oriented appearance towards customers.
  • You successfully communicate in English.
