Your responsibilities

  • As a Software Project Manager (m/f/d) you set up, lead, and motivate the project team and take care for the team members based on excellent soft skills and our company values.
  • Your tasks include the cost budget, schedule, functionality/quality, and risk management including the conflict solving in these areas.
  • You set the targets and milestones together with our customers and track the project progress.
  • You are responsible for the internal communication with technical experts and the project team, as well as for the external communication with customers and suppliers.
  • In addition, you plan and report the progress of the work packages to our customers and management.

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in computer science, electronics or similar.
  • You have experience in leading software projects and related state-of-the-art methods for project management.
  • Experience in Android software development is a plus.
  • You understand business administration and financial tracking.
  • You are an open-minded individual who is eager to work in a multicultural atmosphere.
  • You are pro-active, structured, and precise with high focus on customer needs.
  • Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
