Your responsibilities

  • You will work for providing engineering services and AUTOSAR compliant software in ECU software development.
  • You will be assigned to customer project and be responsible for all process from requirement, development, test to evaluation, including problem analysis, problem solving, providing technical documents for customers and supporting at customer site.
  • You will mainly focus on Adaptive AUTOSAR related topic. In later stage, you will expand to OTA related topic as well.
  • You will work not only for engineering services, but also for preparation of documents to explain our customers technically and providing trainings to customers by cooperating with Sales department actively to acquire new business.
  • You will manage your project on your own when it is small size and become a interface person to customers while communicating with HQ in Germany or other branches.
  • You will sometimes have a business trip to Germany.

Your profile

  • You have a university degree in computer sciences, automotive engineering or similar.
  • You have embedded software development skill (C and C++ are mandatory)
  • You have knowledge and experience on embedded software development using Embedded Linux.
  • You are experienced for ECU software development in the automotive industry.
  • You have strong AUTOSAR knowledge and experience (Adaptive AUTOSAR knowledge and experience is big plus)
  • Customer communication is your strength and you can proactively support our customers.
  • You have excellent intercultural and communication skills.
  • You have very good English skills and native level Japanese skills.
