Your responsibilities

  • You will extend the Android Open Source Project with implementations according to our customers needs
  • You work in a distributed Linux environment with a given tool chain to implement business logic above the API
  • You know the value of a good CI/CT chain
  • You will implement based on latest deliveries from Google and market leading SoC suppliers
  • You will be able to give guidance on architecture design and ways of working and communicate this to the customer
  • You collaborate within a multi-disciplinary international team in an agile environment and you be able to mentor and guide other developers

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in an area of computer science of software engineering, or the equivalent
  • You are knowledgeable about the AOSP, HAL implementation, selinux policies, and Android Automotive
  • You prove your interest by any private engagement/project/open source contribution
  • You know how to produce some stable code in any of your preferred programming languages
  • You solve problems with your positive can-do attitude
  • You have good presentation and communications skills, to communicate our proposals to customers
  • Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in English. German is a plus.
