Your responsibilities

  • You lead a Mechanics- and Electromechanics development team to deliver concepts, architectures and solutions that meet the needs of our demanding customer projects.
  • Thereby you are accountable for on-time project execution and quality.
  • You ensure the implementation of customer requirements and manage project risks.
  • Together with our customers you set the target and milestones.
  • You report and track the project progress until the successful completion of the project.
  • In addition, you support or lead quote activities in the acquisition phase.

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related science.
  • You have several years of work experience in the development of mechanical/electromechanical components, ideally in the automotive field, as well as several years of project management experience. 
  • You are experienced with 3D CAD Systems such as Catia V5.
  • You can successfully manage cross functional teams and have a good understanding of development processes.
  • You have solid experience with customer interaction and international supplier interface.
  • Your leadership skills as well as your communication, moderation and negotiation skills are excellent.
  • Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in English and German, written and verbally.
