Then we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a new (Senior) Expert (m/f/d) Process Development, Implementation and Roll-out for Verification and Validation in Software.
What you do
As part of our team, you work independently on challenging and forward-looking tasks:
- You drive and develop processes and methods for testing in our project landscape.
- With your proficient understanding of software development and testing processes (e.g., ASPICE) you consult and support our projects in implementing the latest standards in testing, data structures and respective processes.
- You extend your knowledge and technological skills around new trends in the automotive business.
- You share and multiply your knowledge by providing coaching and mentoring and you act as a trainer.
- You use your global network within the company to align and develop new methods and processes on multiple hierarchy levels.
- You become familiar with the industry and influence our way of testing.
- Additionally, you consult external customers.
What you bring
- You hold a university degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- You have several years of leadership experience in verification and validation, e.g., in software (test) project management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- You are a certified ISTQB professional, ideally with an advanced certificate.
- Experience in AUTOSAR and HPC architectures is a plus.
- You understand the needs of different levels of hierarchy and are familiar with adapting different levels of abstraction.
- You have customer orientation and a convincing manner.
- Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in English and German, written and verbally.
