Your responsibilities

  • You work together with security experts on advanced integration topics like making a key exchange work in a complex system setup partially including a Hardware Security Module (HSM).
  • You analyze and test for security related threats and implement measures to prevent them.
  • You design new security related software concepts and architectures.
  • In all cases:
    • You work on development and series production projects along the whole software development process which includes development, design and test.
    • You realize multi core software systems on high end micro controllers like AURIX™ - TriCore MCU or high-performance computing ECUs like Renesas R-Car M3.
    • You implement project specific, in parts also safety relevant, software modules.
    • You are implement, configure, and adapt AUTOSAR base software.
    • You take over responsibility for subareas or projects and realize software functions based on customer needs.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or hold to a comparable degree.
  • You ideally already have experience with base software modules e.g. in the security and communication stack.
  • You have good to very good programming skills in C or C++.
  • You are interested and motivated to develop complex embedded systems to have an impact on the automotive industry.
  • You ideally are experienced in the areas of software design and programming for embedded systems as well as have knowledge about operating systems like OSEK or Linux.
  • You are willing to support our world leading automotive customers.
  • You prefer an independent and result oriented working style. 
  • You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
  • You communicate well in English. German would be a plus.
