Your responsibilities

  • Your main responsibility is the security of a highly integrated, connected multi-OS system
  • You specify automotive software solutions according to customer requirements or internal product roadmaps including features, sequences and interfaces in a cutting-edge technology
  • You define concepts for backend communication and update-over-the-air functionalities
  • You perform threat analysis, penetration tests and risk assessment of the designed system with respect to security
  • You interface with experts in all software-related areas within the automotive E/E architecture

Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in embedded software development in a larger team or 3 years in role architect
  • You have a common understanding of security concepts
  • You have knowledge in symmetric / asymmetric cryptographic algorithms
  • You have very good knowledge in C/C++
  • Experience in ISO21434 Road Vehicle Cyber Security Engineering is a plus
  • Practical experience in the software industry, especially with security and cryptography for embedded systems
  • You have profound knowledge in security analysis methods
