Your responsibilities

  • Your way of working can be described as enabling the team to self-organize, self-manage, collaborate and deliver via lean / agile practices.
  • You educate the team in generic agile methods and practices, particularly Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, e.g., by guiding the team in writing, estimating, maintaining Team Stories and Features via suitable best-practices and by coaching the team on the different team events.
  • You coach the team on problem-solving and conflict-resolution and ensure that the team performs this and shares the outcome in a self-responsible manner.
  • As Scrum Master (m/f/d) you facilitate the team’s progress towards team goals and ensure the planning process of the program and solution team.
  • You ensure qualitative development by facilitating and re-enforcing agreed upon methods, processes and tools of the team and our organization (e.g. following DoD, implementing Automated Test via Robot Framework, etc.).
  • It is part of your responsibilities to coordinate and follow-up within the team and other teams on inter- and inside- team impediments, risks and dependencies.
  • You facilitate preparation, readiness, maintenance and execution of events and planning artifacts (e.g. Team Epics, Team Stories, Status reports, Demos) of the Agile Release Train.
  • You develop reporting methods and metrics for improving the team performance and monitoring team health and progress for the team and external stakeholders.

Your profile

  • You have an academic degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar.
  • You have excellent ability to organize, to plan and to convince.
  • You have good knowledge of agile development, processes, and project management (Scrum/SAFe)
  • You have high social competence with extraordinary communication skills and ability to network.
  • You have some years of professional work experience as software developer (e.g. programming in C, using and building Linux, etc.) preferred in the automotive domain.
  • You are a proficient user of e.g. Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Jenkins.
