Your TASKS, which you will drive

  • Enable an agile team of embedded automotive software developers to reach their goals
  • Plan and moderate Scrum meetings, e.g. sprint planning, retrospectives, dailys, ...
  • Track progress, monitor team impediments and support in solving them

Your SKILLS to impact the world of mobility

  • University degree in computer science or in a similar field
  • Professional experience as a scrum master in cross-functional teams
  • Expertise with C programming for several years
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art development methods and tools
 

Your additional SKILLS, which are not mandatory

  • Experience with scaled agile frameworks SAFe and Scrum
  • Track record of successful projects
  • Profound English skills
  • Willingness to learn German

  • Competitive remuneration: This announced position is paid with an attractive and market-based salary. The minimum annual gross salary according to the IT-collective agreement "ST1 Regelstufe" is 44.660 € on full-time basis. Of course an overpay is determined, the specific amount is based on relevant work experience.
