Your responsibilities

  • You will report to the Head of Sales Operations (Inside Sales)
  • You will support the Sales Managers and Technicians executing the EB Sales process
  • You will be responsible for conducting the quoting process and processing customer purchase orders
  • You will coordinate the work products within your responsibility area and ensure quality standards are met, as well as escalate in case deadlines are at risk
  • You will be part of the bid team that creates all quotes towards the customer
  • You will be responsible for verifying and processing all customer purchase orders
  • You will conduct and deploy software deliveries to the customer, or support the team with the necessary requirements to assure high customer satisfaction
  • You will create, provide and maintain data for KPIs to the SO Management and other departments
  • You will represent Sales Operations as internal service organization in your EB region
  • You will contribute to continuously improve the effectiveness of the EB Sales process

Your profile

  • You have previous experience as an Inside Sales Manager, Sales Specialist, Project Assistance or other comparable experience
  • You have the ability to communicate inside and outside of the organization in the most adequate way
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
  • You are able to achieve excellent results on a timely fashion, taking responsibilities, even when working under pressure
  • You have superior organizational skills as well as a target-oriented and pro-active way of thinking and bringing forward new and creative ideas
  • You have a strong IT affinity and a profound MS Office knowledge
  • You have a high degree of service orientation (customer oriented) 
  • You have excellent communication skills and you are a team player
  • You are able to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters as needed
  • You are able to manage changing priorities and work well in a global environment
  • You are self-driven and creative in conducting tasks in your responsibility area
  • You have the ability to detect needs for improvements and propose right measurements out of them
