As Requirement Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the requirements management strategy/process applied by several hundred embedded product developers. You advance process simplification and automation, ensuring A-SPICE compliance while performing regular updates of the requirement baseline to new specifications.
Your strong communication skills enable you to foster process harmonization at a company level and present this process in process audits.

Your responsibilities
- You implement process/strategy changes in requirements management, update the strategy document and organize the rollout, ensuring knowledge sharing and team support.
- You participate in internal and external A-SPICE assessments to present the requirement management process.
- You monitor the systematic analysis of requirements in terms of risk, feasibility, and testability.
- You ensure that requirement baseline is regularly updated to new specifications.
- You oversee the response to questions from the teams on the requirements management process and their work on requirements categorization and detailed analysis.
- You support improvements of the used requirement database / tooling.
Your profile
- You have very good knowledge of requirement engineering and management.
- You know utilities and approaches used in projects for requirement management and tracing.
- A-SPICE or a similar process framework is familiar to you.
- Your convincing way of communication helps during the rollout of process updates.
- You are self-organized and have a willingness to learn.
- Your profile is completed by fluent communication skills in English, written and verbally.
