Your responsibilities
- You coach the product managers, customers and business owners, and other stakeholders in understanding and practicing agility as well as in the development of an agile mindset.
- You develop a technological vision and strategy for your associated agile teams together with the technology experts within your team.
- You are accepting stories as done including validation of the stories meeting acceptance criteria.
- You evaluate and control product quality to ensure continuous technical improvement and reduction of technical debt.
- You negotiate, select and match the customer’s expectations towards results of the team.
- You are accountable for the technical integrity by accepting completed backlog items.
- It is part of your responsibilities to report progress and quality deviations to the product manager.
- You are a member of the Agile Team, responsible for prioritizing the Team Backlog while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.
- As a Product Owner (m/f/d) you are responsible for meeting the customer expectations with respect to quality.
- You are responsible, that the team is doing the right things and that the team understood how to do it, by translating the customer expectations to the team and breaking these down.
Your profile
- You have an academic degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar.
- You are a well-structured person that has a good technical understanding.
- You are well-versed in communication skills and are good at storytelling.
- You have a strong background in functional safety (e.g. IEC 61508, ISO 26262)
- You have hands-on experience configuring/ working with embedded linux.
- You have excellent project management capabilities.
- You have conflict resolution and mediation skills.
- You have intercultural competencies.
- You have industry knowledge and experience and knowledge in the competitive landscape.
