Elektrobit Product and Strategy Management is the unit, which incorporates Strategy Management, Business Development, Partner Management, Customer Experience and Product Management under one hood to centralize business-oriented duties and activities. To further strengthen Elektrobit’s Product Management, we are looking for a Product Manager for our EB corbos Hypervisor.

Your responsibilities

  • You will take ownership for the Elektrobit corbos Hyervisor and do or drive what is necessary to bring your products to the next stage.
  • You will create and own the overall concept for your product.
  • You will drive and influence business plans, cases and models.
  • You will be part of the SAFe PI (Program Increment) planning.
  • You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps.
  • You will have presentation and discussion of concepts and road maps with key customers in strategic meetings and workshops.
  • You will be responsible for the synchronization of all stakeholders.
  • You will maintain key customers and their requests.
  • You will support Sales while acquisition and do what is needed to win business.
  • You will acquire accurate technology-, market-, competitor- and customer-insights and create relevant documentation to advise and convince stakeholders.
  • You will work close with marketing to elaborate convincing go-to-market strategies.
  • You will act as ambassador at Elektrobit internal events, external congresses and fairs to promote the Elektrobit product portfolio.

Your profile

  • You have a university degree in an engineering field, or similar and you already have several years of relevant experience in this field.
  • You have a results-driven mentality and are passionate about our business and technologies and you understand what it needs to make tough decisions.
  • You have profound experience in the software industry and are up to date with current embedded and automotive architectures.
  • You have hands-on experience with Hypervisor technology and automotive relevant operating systems.
  • You enjoy working with different interfaces and stakeholders and are experienced in coordinating the different demands and requests.
  • You have the ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product and market trends, as well as you are experienced on execution of Go-to-market initiatives.
  • You are thinking in systems and value streams, rather than products and features only.
  • You have excellent intercultural and communication skills in English and German (spoken and written).
  • You are willing to travel globally.
