Your responsibilities
- You will establish and maintain a holistic view of our HPC product portfolio and will give directions to evolve it further.
- You will interact with customers and technology partners from different market segments (e.g. UX, ADAS, Body, etc.) and extract the real customer’s needs and pains.
- You will acquire technology-, market-, and competitor-insights and share information to advise and consult our organization.
- You will drive and influence business plans, cases and models.
- You will own, create and maintenance product roadmaps.
- You will present and discuss concepts and roadmaps with key customers.
- You will support Sales in strategic acquisitions.
- You will work close with Marketing to elaborate convincing go-to-market strategies.
- You will act as an ambassador at Elektrobit internal events, external congresses and fairs.
Your profile
- You possess a university degree in an engineering field, or similar and you already have multiple years of relevant experience in this field.
- You have a results-driven mentality and are passionate about our business and technologies and you understand what it needs to make tough decisions.
- You have profound experience in the software industry and are up to date with current embedded and automotive architectures.
- You have hands-on experience with AUTOSAR products and automotive relevant operating systems like Linux.
- You enjoy working with different interfaces and stakeholders and are experienced in coordinating the different demands and requests.
- You have the ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product and market trends.
- You are thinking in systems and value streams, rather than products and features.
- You have excellent intercultural and communication skills in English and German (spoken and written).
- You are willing to travel globally.
