What you do
• You are managing the OEM platforms for our product lines for EB tresos and EB corbos together with local teams worldwide. 与全球各地的团队共同管理我们面向 EB tresos、EB corbos 产品系列的 OEM 平台。
• You are in direct contact to our lead OEMS. 直接与我们的主要 OEM 厂商打交道。
• You are aligning the customer’s requirements and platform milestones with our product development. 结合客户的需求、平台时间表，协调我们的产品开发进度。
• You are taking care about all AUTOSAR OEM platform related sales material. 关注所有与 AUTOSAR OEM 平台相关的销售资料。
• You are responsible to train Sales and Product Expert Group on how to present and sell our products. 负责培训销售和产品专家小组，引导他们介绍和销售我们的产品。
• You support Product Marketing in launching and advertising our products. 协助产品营销团队发布和推广我们的产品。
• You are requesting to travel within China to customer and other EB-Sites 在中国境内出差，会见客户和前往其他 EB 驻地。
What you bring
• You have a university degree in computer sciences, automotive engineering, economics or similar. 计算机科学、汽车工程、经济学或类似专业的大学本科学历。
• You are experienced in the automotive industry. 拥有汽车行业的工作经验。
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 具备较强的分析能力，能够将商业要求转化为技术解决方案。
• You have strategic and operational skills. 具备战略和运营技能。
• Quick learner, who adapts well to changes in a fast-paced environment and a strong interest in learning and applying new technology to solve complex problems. 具备快速学习的能力，能够很好地适应快节奏的变化，拥有强大的学习意识，能够应用新技术来解决复杂的问题。
• You have excellent intercultural and communication skills. 具有出色的跨文化交流和沟通技能。
• Autosar related experience would be a plus Autosar 相关经验可作为加分项。
• You have very good Mandarin and English skills. German skills would be a plus. 普通话及英语听说读写流利。懂德语为加分项。
• You are willing to travel globally. 能够接受全球出差安排。
• You are experienced in the automotive industry. 拥有汽车行业的工作经验。
