Then we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a new Product Research Lead (m/f/d).
The Marketing organization is dedicated to improving our customers’ journey. Our mission is to constantly challenge the status quo and innovate the end-to-end customer experience. As a Prodcuct Insights Manager, you will drive feedback queries across multiple areas of the business, partnering with peers in different regions to get a global perspective. You will leverage analytics to drive actions that directly impact our offering and delight our customers.

What you do

  • You have functional responsibility for 1-2 Marketing Managers.
  • You develop new methodologies and processes to generate insights that can scale.
  • You strategically plan and execute studies that capture our customers’s expectations and experience regarding our software products, this includes: scoping, defining methodology, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • You identify & monitor action items for our product roadmaps to increase customer satisfaction.
  • You steer the colleagues in the regions to get a global picture of our customer satisfaction.
  • You build strong relations with stakeholders to understand their challenges and priorities, and drive actions through insights delivery.
  • You optimize the feedback and improvement process in close collaboration with our quality management and CX department.
  • You share best practices and results: Partner with colleagues across our global team to identify areas for collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and incorporate best practices.

What you bring

  • Experience in market research and statistics is a must, relevant work experience in a tech or automotive environment would be ideal.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing research agencies.
  • Fluent in English, able to produce and finalize complex documents in English.
  • Have the ability to earn the trust of senior stakeholders and to influence business teams.
  • Strong global team player.
  • Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambitious ambiguous work environment.
  • Excellent communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels and functions; skilled at addressing both large and small audiences.
