Your responsibilities
- You close gaps in the process of Software Construction.
- You align with other processes like Software Design and Software Test.
- You work together with the process organization.
- You evaluate tickets which are created via the feedback mechanism of our Quality Management System (QMS).
- You discuss with the other member of our process workgroup.
- You edit the process descriptions in the QMS yourself.
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in different roles in bigger software projects, so you are at home in Software Construction.
- You want to improve the existing material.
- You find general solutions for complete Elektrobit while still ...
- You remain practitioner.
- You have an autonomous and structured working style.
- You look for the big picture, you are open minded and eager to learn.
- You have good communication skills: English language is a must, German a plus.
- Deeper knowledge is desired in at least one of the following areas:
- A-Spice or processes as such
- Static code analysis in theory or practice
- Kotlin or Rust
- Memory profiling
- Unit tests in a common programming language
- Build tools (e.g. CMake)
