Your responsibilities

  • You close gaps in the process of Software Construction.
  • You align with other processes like Software Design and Software Test.
  • You work together with the process organization.
  • You evaluate tickets which are created via the feedback mechanism of our Quality Management System (QMS).
  • You discuss with the other member of our process workgroup.
  • You edit the process descriptions in the QMS yourself.

Your profile

  • You have several years of experience in different roles in bigger software projects, so you are at home in Software Construction.
  • You want to improve the existing material.
  • You find general solutions for complete Elektrobit while still ...
  • You remain practitioner.
  • You have an autonomous and structured working style.
  • You look for the big picture, you are open minded and eager to learn.
  • You have good communication skills: English language is a must, German a plus.
  • Deeper knowledge is desired in at least one of the following areas:
    • A-Spice or processes as such
    • Static code analysis in theory or practice
    • Kotlin or Rust
    • Memory profiling
    • Unit tests in a common programming language
    • Build tools (e.g. CMake)
