Your responsibilities
- Monitoring tickets (JIRA) in customer and own queues;
- Creating and publishing weekly Bug-Burn-Down-Reports;
- Walking through tickets with the customer;
- Creating and checking processes and edit regarding documents.
Your profile
- Basic knowledge in C, C++, VBA or Java;
- A good team player;
- Acting with lot of assertiveness;
- A friendly, confident and positive presence to customer and colleagues.
Your personality:
- An autonomous way of working;
- An analytic working style;
- Excellent documentation skills;
- Good communication skills: English language is a must, German a plus.
