Your responsibilities

  • You are a key technical contact for sales activities and accountable for enabling sales pipeline for new sales, recurring sales, cross sales and up-sales by driving a technical close.
  • You create customer awareness about the capabilities and competitiveness of EB products within the market segment.
  • You build relationships with active and potential users in your region.
  • Together with our customers, you discuss and find technical solutions, based on EB products and services, that solve customer pain points.  
  • You assist customers to understand EB products by showing  demos of  various field applications and you prepare relevant data, and documents for product presentations.
  • You conduct training sessions and workshops for demonstrating EB products and services.
  • You support and troubleshoot product related issues at customers during evaluation.
  • You are the technical lead for  for product and product related service opportunities.
  • You support sales in RFI/RFQ/POC activities and by preparing product related elements of proposal.
  • You gather information from customers about product and feature usage and how to best create/upgrade demos for local customers.
  • You provide customer feedback on product usage and features to our product management.
  • You understand customers’ needs and collaborate with all internal stakeholders to exceed the customers’ expectations.
  • You understand industry trends, the automotive ecosystem, and global markets.
  • You contribute to relevant product strategy with focus on product, portfolio, road maps, markets and competitors based on information collected via customer interaction.

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor´s degree in computer science or similar education.
  • You have several years of relevant experience in software engineering, or in technical sales in the automotive software industry (ideally in the area of product management, engineering or business development, preferably in a highly dynamic environment).
  • You are results driven and you have good problem-solving skills.
  • You understand automotive industry trends, automotive ecosystem and the global automotive market.
  • You have industry experience within the market segment e.g.: With software architecture & AUTOSAR for Automotive Embedded systems for Real time and High performance controller segment.
  • You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, and you can express both technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • You have experience in negotiations and writing technical proposals and you are fluent in local language and English.
  • You are good at building networks, connecting and motivating people both at your customers and internally.
  • You are willing to travel to customer sites – frequent local travel can be expected.
