Roles
- Requirement analysis and optimization of the design
- Development and Implementation of Functions based on requirements/specifications
- Development/enhancement of Design towards executable Simulink models and Target link
- Ability to understand system functionality
- Code Generation and Static code Analysis
- Validation of Functions by unit testing (MiL/SiL/HiL)
- MATLAB scripting (Traceability Scripts etc.) for automation of repeated tasks.
Your responsibilities
- Works as a fully contributing team member with independent planning & execution responsibilities
- Troubleshooting issues quickly and supporting the team to identify the root cause
- Tangible contribution to Innovation (Product/Process/Business)
- Applies own judgement to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review
- Bring in ideas for process/efficiency improvements
- Modelling (Eg: MATLAB/Simulink/ASCET/Simscape/GT)
- Autocode Generation (Eg : Target Link/RTW/Embedded Coder)
- Testing Tools (Eg : ControlDesk, TPT, Polyspace, MXAM, Silver, VT Studio, BTC Embedded Tester)
Technical Skills
Expertise in
- Understanding the functional requirements and design algorithm
- Implementation & validation of functions in Model based environment using MATLAB/Simulink/ASCET
- Experience in Model based development - MATLAB Simulink / Stateflow modelling
- Autocode Generation and Static/Dynamic code Analysis
- Static and dynamic testing to achieve coverage Metrics.
- Unit Testing at module/functional level
- Experience in using Automotive Modelling Guidelines: MAAB, MISRA, and ISO 26262
- MiL/SiL/HiL validation of functions
- Working in agile software development life cycles (SDLC)
- Knowledge on Protocols: (Eg : CAN/Ethernet/Flexray/SPI/I2C) , Standards
- Model based development for any Automotive system ( Powertrain, Body Control Module, ADAS for Diesel, Petrol Engine or even EV etc..) is Preferrable.
- Knowledge in different embedded environments like Linux, Classic Autosar, would be beneficial
- : CMMi/ASPICE, Components and Systems are added Advantage.
