Your responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our customers in the US
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the region
  • Manage the sales team in the region, including Sales Directors, Sales Engineers and consultants
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate Argus’s value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Achieve sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads

Your profile

Required Skills:
  • Previous experience as a sales executive in the Automotive domain
  • Proven experience in selling new software technologies
  • Proven sales executive experience in meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects and value of products and services
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
  • 8+ years of sales experience - must
Preferred Skills:
  • Proven experience in managing a team of Sales Directors and Sales Engineers
  • Cyber security background
