In our Sales teams based in Carrières-sur-Seine in charge of the whole Sales Europe, you will have the responsibility of the Renault Nissan Alliance account.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be globally responsible for a key account in the automotive industry. You are responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • You will develop, nurture, maintain and establish strong working relationships with customers.
  • You will identify prospects within your key account for new or recurring business by understanding your customer’s needs and objectives.
  • You will effectively communicate the EB value proposition of our products and engineering services through discussions with your customer and via proposals and presentations.
  • You will drive all sales activities towards your customer. This means not just closing the deal but also ensuring required support until the end of product life, across the entire EB portfolio.
  • You will lead complex negotiations and deal closing, based on sound market understanding.
  • You will develop, lead, and execute a global strategy plan for your key account. According to the success of your account, you may have to coordinate a dedicated sales team to successfully execute this plan and globally grow your account.
  • You will ensure close alignment with your technical counterparts within EB.
  • You will contribute to improvements in the sales process.
  • You will ensure overall customer satisfaction and solid business for Elektrobit with a long-term outlook.

Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Computer Science, economic science, or equivalent field.
  • You have experience managing large automotive accounts.
  • You understand software development processes in the automotive industry.
  • You have a proven track record in meeting or exceeding assigned quotas. You have experience in selling and scaling multi-million-dollar business.
  • You can communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including management.
  • You can express both technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • You have the proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
  • You can articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • You can position products against competitors.
  • You have very good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • You enjoy travelling to customer sites – daily local travel can be expected.
