Then we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a new IT Security Operator.

What you do

  • IT Service Operator for IT Security Topics, handling IT Security tickets in Service desk and coordinating incident response with stakeholders like Infosec, IT Service Owners.
  • Monitoring security vulnerabilities, such as threats and events in IT network and server systems using Qualys tool.
  • Review of network access policies and firewall rules frequently based on the Elektrobit IT policy.
  • Provide real-time analysis of security alerts generated by applications, network hardware and IT servers using (SIEM) Log point.
  • Monitoring security alerts triggered by Microsoft 365 defender and handle the incident response if needed.
  • Carrying out risk analysis and business impact analysis for IT Infrastructure security risks identified
  • Co-ordination and preparation for IT controls during Infosec audits (TISAX, internal) and Quality audits (ISO) along with stakeholders (IT and Infosec).
     

What you bring

  • University graduate with technical and/or scientific orientation (e.g., Bachelor/Master in IT security, computer science, Information Technology, etc.).
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in IT security operations and incident management.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions and SIEM platforms.
  • Proficiency with any of the following: Anti-Virus, HIPS, ID/PS, Full Packet Capture, Host-Based Forensics, Network Forensics, and RSA Security
  • Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data, and other attack artifacts in support of incident investigations.
  • Working knowledge on IT processes and ITIL framework
  • Analytical, conceptual, team-oriented, and communicative skills
  • Knowledge of common IT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX) 
  • Experience in creating policies, performing risk analyses, concept development.
  • Fluent communication in English, written and verbally.
