What you do

  • You are the central point of contact for all strategic HR topics of your assigned Business Leadership team (steering recruiting process on leadership level, aligning compensation packages, supporting onboarding of critical positions, managing talent development as well as supporting retention strategies)
  • You challenge the leadership team as trusted irritator and support the cultural development of the department
  • You are the strategic partner developing and implementing appropriate HR strategic initiatives
  • You bundle HR related needs of your department to generate synergies within EB, e.g. training needs, staffing needs, lessons learned regarding HR processes for continuous improvement
  • You consciously network in the organization and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • It is part of your responsibility to support our company culture in driving transformation efforts and implementing change projects in your department
  • You are leading and implementing HR projects in assigned area of responsibility

What you bring

  • You hold an academic degree e.g. in Business Management, Human Relations, Psychology
  • You have several years of experience as a Global HR Business Partner in an international company
  • You have profound knowledge of Change Management and you have the capability to steer global HR projects
  • You have a solid business and finance knowledge
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and Data Analytics
  • You co-own the business and strive to create customer-oriented HR solutions
  • You are open-minded and a forward-looking person with a positive can-do attitude
  • Your communication skills are excellent (moderation, consultation, conflict management, presentation, coaching)
  • An international working experience is a plus
  • Your profile is completed by excellent English language skills
