Your responsibilities

  • You collaborate on the development of communication middleware for embedded control units in vehicles.
  • You develop software in C++11/C++14 in the areas of embedded Linux, QNX, and Adaptive Autosar.
  • You use various standard tools and development environments.
  • Additionally you actively contribute to further interesting and challenging projects with your knowledge.

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar and ideally you have several years of experience in software development and its processes.
  • You have profound knowledge in object-oriented programming with C++, in software development processes and the corresponding tools, e.g. Jira, git, github.
  • Practical experience with C++11/14, and with communication middleware implementations (e.g. CORBA, DDS, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of system- or kernel-level programming on Linux/UNIX system, object-oriented modelling (UML), and automotive standards and protocols like AUTOSAR, ASPICE, MISRA, Ethernet are also a plus.
  • You are a quick learner with an open mindset and a team player with high quality standards.
  • Very good communication skills in English (spoken & written) are a prerequisite, German is a plus.
