Your responsibilities

  • You will build-up customer intimacy for EB in the Chinese Automotive HPC market
  • You will manage the relationship with local HPC ecosystem partners
  • You will take the ownership for products with cross-functions in the HPC area for business development and do or drive what is necessary to bring our products and services to the next stage
  • You will support Product Management to grow and sharpen EB’s focus on the right
  • technologies in the right market and the right time
  • You will collaboratively work together with EB Teams for Innovations, Strategy and Product Portfolio
  • You will influence and cultivate all aspects of a relationship with targeted potential
  • customers on all corporate levels
  • You will acquire accurate technology-, market-, competitor- and customer-insights and
  • create relevant documentation to advise stakeholders
  • You will support Product Management, Marketing and Sales in entering new markets and
  • placing EB products and services in a profitable way
  • You will drive new customers to RFQ stages with our HPC Solutions and support to close the deals
  • You will act as EB ambassador at congresses and fairs to promote EB’s software

Your profile

  • You have a university degree in an engineering or business administration field, or
  • similar
  • You have profound experience in the software industry and are up to date with current
  • Automotive-relevant software technologies
  • You have 6 years of experience in the area of Sales or Business Development
  • You have the ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product and
  • market trends
  • You are experienced on execution of Go-to-market initiatives
  • You have a results-driven mentality and are passionate about our business and
  • technologies
  • You enjoy working with different interfaces and stakeholders and are experienced in
  • coordinating the different demands and requests
  • You have excellent intercultural and communication skills
  • You have very good Mandarin and English skills (written and spoken)
  • You are willing to travel domestically and globally (50% time)
