Then we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a new Build Manager (m/f/d) for Embedded Software Projects. For our various embedded SW projects in areas of high-performance controller (HPC), Classic AUTOSAR and more we look for professionals that share the vision to personally shape the future car architecture - to pave the way for autonomous driving.

What you do

  • You maintain a build environment and infrastructure to build e.g. Bootloaders, Linux distributions, Hypervisor, Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR Core and i.e. related Applications or Device Drivers.
  • You define and plan new features of the build system.
  • You are responsible for bug-fixing across the full variety of the build platform.
  • You create and maintain an automated build and test environment.
  • You are in close contact to the Elektrobit platform teams in using and maintaining the build infrastructure.
  • You are part of a network of Build Engineers to create and maintain company wide solutions and standard in the CI/CD/CT (DevOps) area.
  • You support the teams of feature or software test development in automatizing for software releases, quality monitoring and reporting metrics.

What you bring

  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or comparable.
  • You have several years of experience in the build management using Git/Gerrit/GitHub, JIRA and Jenkins.
  • You have experience in maintaining and improving automated continuous integration/test environments on Linux or Windows host systems.
  • You are familiar with Docker, Ansible, Vagrant and Infrastructure as code.
  • You have advanced scripting skills in Python and are familiar with C/C++ programming.
  • Ideally you already have knowledge in SW development processes, methods and standards (A-SPICE, Agile Methodologies, V-Model).
  • You have gained experience in complex embedded software architectures and a very good system understanding; ideally also with multi-processor/multi-core platforms. Knowledge in Adaptive or Classic AUTOSAR would be a great plus.
  • You have an proactive, team-oriented, and self-reliant way of working combined with a structured and precise working style.
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
