Your responsibilities

  • As a Build Manager (m/f/d) for automotive HPC, you are responsible for the build automation using various scripts like Python, Bash, Groovy.
  • You configure Jenkins and update its basic version and plugins.
  • You create and update a system configuration with Yocto.
  • It is part of your responsibility to build a Yocto-based system with Bitbake.
  • Additionally, you build the hardware and set up a build farm.
  • Your tasks include the virtualization and automation of build hardware with e.g., VM, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • You visualize and report a build environment using e.g. Grafana, Ipana.
     

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or similar.
  • You have experience with build and automation servers for continuous integration, ideally Jenkins.
  • You have good knowledge of working with automated test environment for automotive software.
  • You are experienced in setting up a build farm.
  • Experience in virtualization and automation of build hardware e.g., VM, Docker, Kubernetes as well as in visualization and reporting of a build environment, e.g., Grafana, Ipana is a must.
  • You are skilled in scripting languages used for test automation, e.g., Python, Bash, Groovy.
  • Your independent and result-oriented way of working convince us.
